Your bank might be making a change, it'll stop syncing your transactions until you upgrade your bank connection.
Reconnecting your bank account through the QuickBooks Self-employed (QBSE) app is our first step to fixing this. And I'm here to help you perform it.
Here's how:
- Tap in the Accounts area on the Dashboard.
- Select the + icon on the Bank account screen.
- In the search box, enter the name of the bank and account type.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to connect your account. QuickBooks Self-Employed will automatically download your recent bank transactions.
