Does anyone have a solution to get my bank accounts reconnected to sync transactions?

Yes, there’s a way to reconnect your bank to QuickBooks and sync your transactions, which is essential for effectively managing your finances, Bpfullen.

 

Before we proceed, may I know which bank you’re referring to? This issue is often caused by restrictions on data access, additional security protocols, or QuickBooks being unable to retrieve your account information from the bank’s website.

 

There may also be scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on your bank’s end, which can disrupt the connection with QuickBooks. I suggest visiting your bank’s website to check for any ongoing issues. If everything appears to be functioning properly, we can manually updating the connection in QuickBooks.

 

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team to identify the underlying cause of the error. Here’s how:
 

  1. Go to the Help menu in QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Search tab and type in your query.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Select a topic or enter your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose Chat With Us or Have Us Call You.

 

In the meantime, you can manually upload your transactions to QuickBooks to ensure they are recorded. Here’s how:

 

  1. Click the New transaction dropdown and choose Upload bank statement.
  2. Select Drag and drop or select files, then upload the file from your bank, and click Continue.
  3. From the Account name dropdown, select the account you want to import the transactions into, then click Continue.
  4. Follow the prompts to match the file's columns with the appropriate QuickBooks fields, then click Continue.
  5. Review and select the transactions you want to import, then click Continue.
  6. Confirm by clicking Yes.
  7. Click Got it to finish.
