Thank you, qucik question can we have multiple people with accoutant privileges? I am the book keeper and need to be able to make such adjustments. Can I change my access?

QuickBooks Online lets the admin add users who help with the company's bookkeeping. They can give each user certain permissions to do specific tasks. That said, yes, your company can have multiple people with accountant privileges or users that the admin can add depending on the subscription plan.
These are the User Limits in QuickBooks Online:
Simple Start - 1 billable user + 2 accounting firms.
Essentials - 3 billable users + 2 accounting firms.
Plus - 5 billable users + 2 accounting firms.
On the other hand, only the admin users are authorized to change your access from being a bookkeeper to an accountant. This is to ensure that the account is running accurately.
