You'll have to edit your banking information and select the Disconnect this account on save checkbox to disconnect your bank account from QuickBooks Online (QBO), @Tcs1188.
When you disconnect a bank account from online banking, any transactions you have in QuickBooks will remain. However, any transactions that still need to be reviewed will be removed.
Before doing so, please be reminded that disconnecting an account when encountering a bank connection error isn't recommended. This is because you may download duplicate transactions or opening balance entries when you reconnect it.
Once ready, here are the steps:
- Go to the Banking menu.
- Select the blue tile for your bank account.
- Click the Pencil icon to edit the account.
- Select the Disconnect this account on save check box.
- Click Save and close.
