Hello Community Users!! We just wanted to update this thread. You can now connect a HSBC Kinetic account however we need to advise that it can only be done via the mobile app version of Quickbooks at the moment not the browser version and it will only pull through the transactions that way as it is a mobile app to mobile app connection. I'm here to share information about linking or connecting HSBC Kinetic business bank in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Currently, the option to integrate HSBC Kinetic with QBO is unavailable. You'll want to download your transactions in Excel or CSV format and then import them to QuickBooks as a workaround.

Hi being trying to Link my HSBC kinetic in the mobile app, But it keeps appearing a message of "OOPS! Something went wrong, but we're working to fix it"

Hello Victor Espinosa, thanks for posting on this thread, instead of trying to do the connection on the mobile app, can you please try on a pc/laptop and see if it fully connects up for you there or if the same thing still happens.
