Can you give us more information on what it is your trying to do in your account? 

Hi, I am now being asked to fill in vat and income tax questions on the app Whenever invoicing. This seems to have started having pressed the TurboTax option. Want to switch that off if possible.

So turbo tax is a US product, so we wouldn't know how to stop it. 

You could try doing some troubleshooting on the app this link will help otherwise speak to turbo tax.
