HSBC Business Bank Connect fail

Hi,

My hsbc bank feed wouldn't update, spinning circle for ages, no error.

I removed and tried to relink, it gets to last stage, picks up account and see's its balance etc but takes while at end then just divers back to start again.

Same on app, anyone else having same? Support know about it but not had any info on progress yet so wondering if anyone else has?

HSBC Business Bank Connect fail

Great job for disconnecting and re-connecting HSBC Business Bank to QuickBooks, accounts-2upc-co. It's one of the troubleshooting steps when a connection is interrupted.

 

Let's try some other solution to get this resolved. You can use an incognito browser to rule out the possibility webpage issues. Here's how:

 

  • For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl Shift P.
  • For Chrome, press Ctrl Shift N.
  • For Safari, hold down Command Shift N.

 

Then, try to re-establish the connection from there. When it works, go back to the regular browser and clear its cache and cookies.

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend getting back in touch with our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. I know you've already contact them, however an agent can further check on your recent case and provide updates.

As mentioned it does this in the app to. I will have to wait for an update, I just hope it's not into the new year. Suprised theres not much about this yet. I tried all supports advice but still persists.
