I have some steps that we can from to isolate this issue. Let’s reset the data app of your QBSE mobile app. Here’s how:
For Android:
- Go to the More Options ⋮.
- Select Settings.
- Click Refresh Data, and then choose Yes.
For iOS:
- Go to the Menu ☰.
- Select Help & Feedback.
- Click Refresh Data, and then select Refresh.

If the issue persists, try using a regular web browser. Before doing so, ensure to clear your browser cache. There are times that the browser is full of frequently-accessed page that cause QuickBooks to act unusual behaviour. Thus, deleting it is a quick fix.
