I got my HSBC token and try to connect the bank accounts into QBO.
I have 2 companies under my QBO profile and both Company A and Company B are registered under the same HSBC token. However, I can only see and connect Company A's bank accounts after I enter the OTP (no matter in Company A view or in Company B view).
What can I do to connect Company B transactions into QBO? Thanks.
Welcome to the Community, @2Soon. I'd gladly share information about connecting multiple accounts using one token in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Beforehand, I'd recommend contacting your bank first to verify if you can use the same token for multiple accounts in QBO. If yes, you can also ask for the bank URL for connectivity.
For details about bank connection, check out this article: Connect your HSBC Business Current, Savings accounts, and Credit Cards in QuickBooks.
If your bank won't allow you to use the same token for multiple accounts, you can import them to QBO using a CSV file.
For future reference, see this article to ensure you're guided with categorizing and matching your bank transactions.
Let me know if you have other concerns about bank connectivity in QuickBooks. I'm all ears to help you.
