Welcome to the Community, @2Soon. I'd gladly share information about connecting multiple accounts using one token in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Beforehand, I'd recommend contacting your bank first to verify if you can use the same token for multiple accounts in QBO. If yes, you can also ask for the bank URL for connectivity.
- Go to Transactions.
- Click the Bank transactions (Take me there) tab.
- Choose Connect account. If you’ve already connected an account, select Link account to add a new one.
- Tap your bank and select Let’s go.
- Read through the terms and conditions, then select Agree.
- Select Sign in and enter your online banking credentials. Then, follow the steps to connect to your bank. Your bank may require additional security checks and may take a few minutes to connect.
- Select the account you want to share with QuickBooks, such as savings, current, or credit card.
Note: Select an account type that matches your chart of accounts.
For details about bank connection, check out this article: Connect your HSBC Business Current, Savings accounts, and Credit Cards in QuickBooks.
If your bank won't allow you to use the same token for multiple accounts, you can import them to QBO using a CSV file.
For future reference, see this article to ensure you're guided with categorizing and matching your bank transactions.
Let me know if you have other concerns about bank connectivity in QuickBooks. I'm all ears to help you.
