Are you trying to do the connection on the app or web browser version? If it’s the web browser version are you doing it on a mobile or laptop/pc? If you doing it on a mobile please can you do the connection on a pc/laptop. If you have tried on a pc/laptop please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down, reload it and try do the connection again.
Hi, I am having the same problem with natwest as well. I have tried all you have suggested, and it is still not working
Hello Donna021, thanks for posting on this thread, do you get any error messages or codes at all when you try to do the connection?
