New user and trying to link my starling account with the quickbooks soletrader app.

I am trying to link my starling account with the Soletrader app.  I go through the various steps but at the “select main use of accounts” page the save button is unresponsive.  This has been occurring for the last 3 days so I can’t advance any further

Please refer to these steps to clear your device's cache:

 

Android devices:

 

  1. Navigate to your device's Settings.
  2. Choose Apps/Applications/Application Manager (depending on device).
  3. Select the QuickBooks Sole Trader app from the list.
  4. Press Storage and tap Clear cache.

 

iOS devices:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings.
  2. Select General, then iPhone Storage.
  3. Choose the QuickBooks Sole Trader app from the list.
  4. Tap Offload App.

 

If the issue persists, you can consider updating the application through the Google Play Store or App Store. Here's how:

 

Android devices:

 

  1. Open the Google Play Store app
  2. Enter QuickBooks Sole Trader in the search field.
  3. Update the app.

 

iOS devices:

 

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Tap your profile or the My Account button in the top right corner of your screen.
