Since you mentioned that you had upgraded to QuickBooks 2021, we can go ahead and use bank feeds for your online bank account. Please follow the steps below to edit your bank account so you enable it for bank feeds:
- Go to Lists.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Find your bank account which is already set to use bank feeds.
- Under Account, select Edit Account.
- On the Bank Feeds Settings tab, select Activate Online Services.
- Select any method of connection.
- Click Save & Close.

Regarding with the Account Customer ID, it’s a unique credential used to log in to your financial institution account. With that, you can directly reach out to your bank institution.
