What exactly happens when you try to connect to Barclays bank or try and downloads the transactions? Do you get any error messages or codes showing up? Are you trying to do the connection on the web or app version of QuickBooks?
Hi, I try to reauthorise and then connect and when I get to the bank it gives me fault code OBA28 and says to contact QuickBooks.

When reauthorising the account, your financial institution requires PINsentry. You'll want to connect the bank account using the PINsentry token. This helps fix common issues upon connection.
If it's unavailable, I recommend contacting your bank to check into other possible reasons for the error. They're also able to provide the finest answer to your concern.
