Barclays business

Hello,

 

I was having issues with my Barclays business so I removed it from my account to add it again, when I have gone to add it to my account again it takes me to my Barclays app but only gives me the option to select one of my personal accounts not my business account? 

please help?

I understand the importance of keeping your Barclays business account linked with QuickBooks, Sam.

 

Currently, we're investigating the connection between the Barclays Business Bank and the QuickBooks account, which is asking you to select a different account or try adding the account later.

 

At this time, I suggest reaching out to our support team to have your company details added to the list of affected users. Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Help icon.
  3. Select Contact Us.

 

Meanwhile, you can import your transactions manually using a CSV file. Here's a guide on how to do it:

 

  1. Get the appropriate transactions from your bank.
  2. Log in to your QBSE account, go to the Profile icon.
  3. Click Imports.
  4. Select Import transactions.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to upload the CSV file.
  6. Select Import.
