I can help figure out why there's an outstanding balance showing on your account when you reconcile in QuickBooks Online.
Let's check your bank register within QuickBooks and ensure it's reflecting the R sign below the Status column. If yes, it could be that you have another transaction with the same type and amount in the system.
To review your account, please follow these steps:
- Click the Gear icon.
- Below Your Company, select Chart of Accounts.
- Choose an account.
- Click Account history below the Action column.
- Search for the transaction.
- Check if it's showing the R sign.
