The option to undo reconciliations is currently available for QuickBooks Online Accountant. To start over, I recommend seeking further assistance from an accountant with the said version and add them to your account.

To be able to restart your reconciliation with in QuickBooks Online you will need an accountant to reverse the periods which have already been filed.
