I can help you integrate your Stripe account to QuickBooks Online, dan-thornton.

Syncing your Stripe account with QuickBooks Online saves time in tracking payments so you won't have to manually record them in the system. We have a list of third-party apps that can help you link Stripe to QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. In the left menu of your QBO account, click Apps
  2. In the search bar, type in Stripe
  3. Locate the app, then connect it from there.

The process, however,  does not yet have the function to automatically match to open invoices within your books. You would still need to assign the payments to the corresponding invoices in order to pay and close them.
