Cannot reconnecct my Natwest acounts

I'm having real trouble re-connecting my Natwest accounts to QuickBooks. It fails every time, with an RBS Expiry message once I've signed-in.... I tried disconnecting my bank account and starting again, and it still hasn't worked! I contacted support last week and it is a known error but I have no further update. Anyone else experiencing the same?

Cannot reconnecct my Natwest acounts

I've found the solution - with help from QB support.   Firstly, I realised that my firewall was preventing a direct access to my bank when reconnecting, so I paused by banking security on my ESET.  I could then access the reconnection.   It still didn't fully work at that stage however so when talking to QB support over the phone, they recommended disconnecting both of my accounts and reconnecting both from scratch.  I did this and it has worked.  Phew.    Thanks for your help.

Cannot reconnecct my Natwest acounts

Hi peppasheridan, thanks for joining the Community - do you see a specific error code during the connection process? For troubleshooting purposes, please try connecting the account by signing in via an incognito/private browsing window (you can press Ctrl-Shift-N in Chrome or Microsoft Edge to open this). :)
