Hi karen-weare, we're aware of an issue where the system suggested match doesn't remove from the bank feed as expected (i.e., it remains showing in the for-review tab after matching). Refreshing the page, or navigating away from and back to the banking page will correct this while we continue to investigate the behaviour. Is this the same issue that you're experiencing?
Yes, that's exactly what I am experiencing. I am refreshing the page after every match I do whilst it is being investigated.
Thanks Karen, we're aware of the inconvenience being caused by this and this is impacting multiple users - I can see that you've been linked to our investigation so all updates and notice of resolution will be sent via email. :)
I seem to be having the same problem.
im doing the same as what I used to do but when I’m going through the banking, any payments showing up on the bank statement are not being matched to invoices that I have already marked as being paid.
