If your bank isn't searchable on the Banking page, this means they don't provide a connection to QuickBooks. You can click on Request support for your bank to inform our online banking team about it. Then, they can reach out to your bank.
There isn't a turnaround time as to when your bank will provide us a connection or reject our request. The number of requests also matters.
Alternatively, you can download your transactions from your bank's website, and upload them to the Banking page. This article has steps to guide you through the process: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
