It's amazing that you people are still in business. You are so bad at writing software, you can't even let someone delete their data.
You have 7 days to sort this out, or I will be placing an official complaint under GDPR with the ICO.
Hello Mjitaxstuff-hotm, having had a look in the system we can see 2 out of the 3 accounts you have with us is are showing as active so you need to get these cancelled first before you will be able to delete the accounts.
In the system it is showing
an inactive self-employed account
An active essentials account
And an active plus account
That is why you're getting the message about the subscription needing to be cancelled.
Please call our cancelations team on 0808 168 4280 to close the account/s, their line is open Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm and is free from UK mob & landlines.
Just to let you know that all your QBO accounts associated to your email will be deleted.
