I have linked my UK PayPal account with my quickbooks. I had my first expense from this PayPal account yesterday and it is not showing on my quickbooks. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

Hello, @parkerha1992-gma.

You can filter your transactions list so you'd be able to locate your PayPal transactions. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Go to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
  2. Choose the Transactions menu.
  3. Set the date range of the transactions you've added.
  4. From the Account drop-down, pick your PayPal account.
  5. You can set the Type drop-down to display your Spending transactions.

If you're still unable to locate your PayPal transaction, you can still re-import those missing transactions back in your QuickBooks Self- Employed.

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Imports.
  3. Select Import older transactions on the right for the account you want the transactions to belong to.
  4. Follow the instructions onscreen to finish importing your data.
  5. Select Import.

You can browse this article for detailed instructions on how to import transactions to QBSE: Import transactions from other sources.

Always feel free to leave a comment below if you have other questions about managing your PayPal transactions. I'm always here to help.
