Hello there, @olga23.
I'd be glad to share some insight so can properly import a journal entry in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
To properly import a journal entry, you can simply put a journal entry number on every line so QBO will detect it.
I'll add this article to guide you when you want to reverse a journal entry to swap the debits and credits, or delete it entirely: Reverse or delete a journal entry.
You can tag me in the comment section if you have any other concerns when importing a journal entry. I'll be around to further assist you.
Thanks for message, but i am still having problems, as this is the message i now get when trying to import.
Multiple memos found for the following journal entries. Go back to your CSV file and correct the info before trying again.
I appreciate the shared update regarding the error message as you import your data, olga23.
Since you've mentioned having an error as you import your journal entries, you can remove the mapping in your Journal entry or turn off account numbers before you begin importing. Rest assured that you can still turn it back on once your import is complete.
Here's how to turn it off:
To turn on your account number, you can access this website for more detailed steps and information: Use account numbers in your chart of accounts in QuickBooks Online.
