Hi Dfarley, thanks for joining this thread - are you receiving the error on the banks site when re-directed, or on QuickBooks? To troubleshoot, please try connecting the account by logging in via an incognito window (on Chrome or MS Edge, press Ctrl + Shift + n to open) :woman_technologist:
Hi r-bould, thanks for posting on the Community - are you connecting the account for the first time, and are you receiving any specific error when doing this? đ§
Hi, I'm also having the same issue, mine was an existing account that just needed re-authorising after 90 days. I tried to renew the permissions and it failed, it said to try again later, but it's not a week later and it still does not work. I removed the bank account from QuickBooks like the help article said too and tried adding the account again but I still get the same error.
The bank page says: Due to a technical problem you can't share your data at the moment. Please try again later. We've logged you off of the Lloyds Bank Secure Gateway.
and when I go back to QuickBooks it says:
Something unexpected happened and we canât connect to Lloyds Bank Business Banking (UK).
Try again in a few hours. (580)
It's a Lloyds business account if that makes any difference.
Any Ideas?
