Yes - QBO created a new connection to HSBC Business Banking - Other Accounts. The help article https://quickbooks.intuit.com/learn-support/en-uk/banking/connect-your-hsbc-business-current-savings... suggests it is an Open Banking connection , which is incorrect. I did have it working once for Credit Card but in the last few weeks it has stopped. When it did work the HSBC Portal did not have any active Open Banking connections.
As regards your issue looking through this forum QBO Support just seem to point to the above help article. I am just hoping the the "banking" team will address the issue and then one day when we try again it will work.
My current problem is when you enter the Security Code for the second time when you are adding a connection , the screen shows trying to connect to bank with the 2 icons, after a few seconds a white screen then appears
Sorry if this seems a rant but HSBC bank connections are only stable on Direct Connections
regards,
Chris
