Hi Charles
Its annoying to be unique!
So I have pressed the "update" button & the cogs in the bank accounts span but after nothing happened & I wasnt able to see the MFA. The data in the bank account feeds seems correct.
Might have the accounts updated on their own perhaps?
Might it be possible to schedule a call perhaps? I'm beginning to worry about losing my feeds & their date.
I am in the UK
Thanks
Steve

Thank you for getting back, @stevenjf.
You can try replicating the steps in a private window. Sometimes, the regular browser tends to hold onto information and over time can cause unusual experience while working with QuickBooks.
To save you time, use either of these keyboard shortcuts:
If that works fine from there, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. Also, using other supported browsers can help us narrow the cause of this behavior.
If you're getting the same behavior, I encourage reaching out to our Support Team. This way, they'll be able to pull up your account securely and check or investigate this further.

Click the Reply button if you have any other questions. I'm a post away to help. Have a good day!
I am having the same issue. The email does not give any instructions! Since i saw no banner on the banking menu, I clicked the "update my account" on the email. This just opened up the same Quickbooks browser.
I have been calling Quickbooks for support but am kept waiting for hours and finally gets disconnected!
I received an email today saying that "As your current bank feed does meet the new standards, it has now been disconnected."
Can somebody help please?
Hello there, @wa8.
Let's reconnect your bank to QuickBooks using the Open Banking connection. This way, you'll be able to continue updating your account with your latest transactions.
You'll have to add your bank again without deleting the old connection. Do it as if you're connecting your bank for the first time. This is to refresh your connection to open banking. Please note that by this process, your bank will pull through your historic data. Just make sure to review them in the For Review tab so you can exclude any transactions you have previously dealt with.
You can use your bank website's URL to ensures you're using the correct listing of your bank. Here's how:
Once done, all you have to do is approve the new transactions and exclude those that are already saved in your account. Then, match them against the entries in QuickBooks. For the detailed steps, kindly visit this article: Categorising Bank Transactions.
Please let me know if you have other concerns. I'm just around to help.
Hello, thank you for the reply. I somehow figured this out but when I complete the extra security verification and select Connect and then Select the Account type drop-down menu to my bank account and click Connect, i get the following message: "HSBC a/c 32347113 - LLP is already linked to a bank feed. Select a QuickBooks account without an existing bank connection."
Does this mean that i have upgraded to open banking?
I appreciate you sharing to us the result of the steps you’ve performed, wa8.
Some users are getting the same error when connecting to the Open Banking feature (INV-42733). Our Product Team is aware about the issue and is working towards finding a permanent fix.
To get the latest transactions from your HSBC account, I recommend importing transactions using a CSV file. The Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online article outlines the steps on how to download the data and then transfer it to your account.
I want to ensure you’re updated about the resolution status, so I suggest contacting out QBO Care Team. Make sure to provide your personal information including the email address.
This way, you’ll receive an email once there’s progress about the issue. Follow the steps below to get the contact details.
Rest assured, I’ll update this thread once the resolution is available.
For additional resources, check out the Open Banking guide. It contains a breakdown of articles on how to manage transactions and connection using the new banking connection.
Reach out to me if you have any other concerns or questions. I’ll be right here to help and make sure you’re taken care of.
