Please be aware that all QuickBooks Desktop products and services, including support and VAT submissions for Making Tax Digital (MTD), have been discontinued in the UK. The software is no longer compliant with HMRC regulations.

QuickBooks mobile app
To get help with QuickBooks mobile app, follow these steps:
For Android:
- Sign in to the QuickBooks mobile app.
- Tap Menu 𓃑 , then tap
.
- Tap Help and Support. Then, you can either
- Search articles: Enter your question in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field. You’ll get a list of related articles.
- Contact Us: Tap Contact Us, then follow the steps. You can either schedule an appointment or have us call you back as soon as possible.
For iOS:
- Sign in to the QuickBooks mobile app.
- Tap Menu 𓃑 , then tap

- Tap one of the following options to get help:
- Articles and support:
- Search articles: Enter your question in the Search questions, keywords, or topics field. You’ll get a list of related articles.
- Contact Us: Tap Contact Us, then follow the steps. You can either schedule an appointment or have us call you back as soon as possible.
- Ask QB assistant a question:
- Enter your question in the text field. QuickBooks Assistant will provide answers or options.
- Connect with an expert: If you still need help, type: Talk to an expert. Then, select one from Callback, Chat, or Ask the community.
