Do you receive any specific error code or message when connecting the account, and have you tried connecting this on more than one web browser?
This is all the comes up. Tried the browser and the app and was on the phone for ages to quickbooks they couldn't help. Also tried using different bank account it still had same code

As an additional troubleshooting step, please check that you have pop-up blockers disabled and then connect via a private browsing window (you can press Ctrl + Shift + n in Google Chrome or MS Edge to open this).
