To help you get rid of the error OBA28, you'll have to utilize the PINsentry token. The Barclays bank requires this when upgrading your bank feed to open banking or connecting a new account. However, if the issue persists I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They use specific tools to look into your account and determine what caused the issue. Let me guide you how:

You may also want to manually upload your bank transactions to QBSE. To do this, you simply need to download the transactions from your bank's website in a CSV file format.
Once everything is fine, you'll have to categorise your bank transactions to ensure they are assigned to the correct account.
