My client is having trouble connecting to HMRC. They are connecting quickbooks but the screen which pops up and says give authorisation never appears.

We've been made aware that HMRC are currently experiencing an issue that is impacting all online MTD services, you can check the reported incident and status of that here. Please retry your submission in QuickBooks once the services are reported to have resumed. :woman_technologist:

Hello Avneet, Can we confirm are they using a windows pc, how long has this been happening for and when they go on the gov gateway does it show permission has already been granted?

They are using a windows PC and this is their first return. 

I cant see permission has been granted previously - its a  new company
