My Starling bank account has stopped linking with my account, I’ve tried sorting this via the bank and Quick books, I’m getting errors from both sides?

Hi there, @Lisa Whitehouse.

 

At this time, we have an on-going issue with the Starling Bank connection. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working for a fix.

 

In the meantime, you can consider uploading your Starling Bank transactions manually in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your bank's website and export your bank transactions.
  2. In your QBO account, go to the Banking menu.
  3. From the Update drop-down, select File upload.
  4. Click Browse and select the web-connect file from your bank.
  5. Follow the on-screen steps in mapping the data.

Also, to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can add your company to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-45856.
