Hi!
My income used to show around 40k for the year 2018-19. Now it shows much less, the only explanation seems to be that some transactions are missing. Both my accounts (one with Nationwide and one with PayPal) are connected correctly.
Is this because Nationwide only allows you to view the last 15 months of transactions? Could it be syncing only the last 15 months with QB?
I don't know how to fix this, and I'd like to avoid having to deal with importing CSV files, because that completely defeats the point of having an automated tool like QB in the first place.
Thanks for your help!
Hello Amadriade,
Thanks you for reaching out to us on the Community page,
In your Quickbooks can you see more then 15 months or not? If the transactions are missing then the only way to get them into the system is to do a CSV file upload.
I can see more than 15 months, but only on one of my accounts (the PayPal one)
Hello Amadriade,
Right ok, the only way to get old transactions into your account is to csv them in if they are missing.
Thanks for the info! I was hoping there would be an easier solution. Having to do this manually defeats the point of using QB.
Hello Amadraide,
in this case of missing transactions the only way to retrieve these transactions is to do a csv file.
