Our PayPal connection has expired but it will not reconnect even though it goes through all the sages and ticks the boxes. What can I do?

Our PayPal connection has expired but it will not reconnect even though it goes through all the sages and ticks the boxes. What can I do?

I have the same issue - 'connection complete' comes up, but the Paypal feed is still showing that I need to reconnect. Any ideas QB team?

Hello tzga6, When it shows connection complete after going through all the stages doe the balance show as null?
