My trial version of QBO has recently expired, I have tried to take out a subscription but it shows it as a closed account and a new subscription account was created.
Is there a way I can transfer all my existing data from the trial account to the new subscription account without starting from scratch??
I’m here to provide information and help you move your data, Paul.
Have you clicked the Buy button when opening your expired account? If so, then it’s the reason why your trial account was closed, and you have a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
Once your QBO trial ends, you have the option to subscribe so you can continue to manage your records. You can cancel your new account, so you don’t need to transfer everything. Then, you need to subscribe to reactivate your expired account. I’m glad to show you the steps.
On the other hand, if you want to keep your new subscription, please know that you'll need to reactivate your expired account before you can move your data to the new one. Then, you can start exporting your data out of QuickBooks.
You can use this reference to make sure your data imports correctly to your new account: Common questions about importing data to QBO.
I’ve attached this information to learn how to manage subscriptions in the program: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QBO. It has steps to view your billing history and a way to update the card on file.
I'd be glad to answer any additional questions concerning the moving process. Just leave a message. I’ll be here. Have a great day!
You can pay your trial account to reactivate it.
then utilize the Copy tool.
I can only seem to use google pay on my closed account, but wish to use my bank account instead, it also only offers me the full price of £11.99 when I need a lower priced version being a small business as only need the basics at this time.
