If a transaction doesn't download, you can instead enter this manually as an expense (for payments made) or as a sales receipt (for income received). If you continue to notice that the SO transactions are not downloaded, please reach out to our support team via chat or by calling 0808 234 5337 (M-F, 8am - 7pm, free from UK mobile & landlines) so that we can investigate further. :)
