The option to delete a line is off the pc display screen with no scroll bar to get to it. only way I can do it is to log in to Quickbooks online and do it from there.

I have tried to reset screen display setting and zoom options but still not showing delete icon.

The option to delete a line is off the pc display screen with no scroll bar to get to it. only way I can do it is to log in to Quickbooks online and do it from there.

It won't allow me to add a printscreen on here. There is no way to scroll to end of page horizontally. The option to remove a line is missing also. Its as though quickbooks online web page is too big for the screen. I've tried all options to solve with display options. Still doesn't show options.

Hello Gcj1971, it sounds link you need to adjust your screen settings and zoom the page out so that the whole page fits onto the screen, if you have a look at this link and follow the steps DivinaMercy_N and MaryLadT this should resolve your issue.

No, its not resolved my issue, when I hover to get the move line up or down option it doesn't appear and the delete icon is not showing at end of line. Its like the both sides have been sliced off.  I've also noticed that on the calender drop down the arrows to scroll left or right are not showing, but if I hover I can scroll left or right, but I cannot see the arrows on the screen.

Hello Gcj1971, Can you send us a screenshot of what you get here or you can ring the supportline on 0808 234 5337 the line is open mon to fri 8am to7pm and you'll be able to set up a screen share with the agent on the phone and they can have a look into this more for you.
