Hi I am tryting to match a transaction but keep getting this message
This transaction no longer belongs to this account.
Does anyone know what I need to do to correct this error to make sure we can match the receipt against it's invoice from the bank.
Thanks

Hi Manish007, thanks for joining the QB Community - are you matching the transaction in the bank to a manual transaction in QB or to a receipt that has been uploaded to the receipt tab?
A receipt that was uploaded it appears that I can match it now but I have another problem.
So I linked the same bank account to QB twice so I removed an account and the transactions have fed through to the balance sheet - do I need to manually delete these?
Thanks
Manish
Thanks Manish, the transactions will remain in QuickBooks if they were added/matched from the bank feed before this was disconnected and so you would need to delete these manually from within the chart of account. :)
Thanks for your help :)
