I'd be delighted to share some information on you can reconcile your client's bank transactions. Let's get started!
If the transactions you've recorded were not cleared on your bank's register inside QuickBooks, it will not show up during the reconciliation process.
Here's how to clear your transactions:
- Go to Accounting.
- Select Chart of Accounts.
- Look for the bank account in question.
- Click View Register.
- Search for the transactions that doesn't have the cleared (C) status on it.

- Type in "reconciliation" in the search box.
- Go to Search.
- Click on the View Contact Info button to see the support number.
