Please check your browser settings to ensure that pop-ups and redirects are enabled.
To do this on Chrome, select the 3 dots in the corner of your browser. Select settings > privacy & security > site settings > pop-ups and redirects. Choose sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
On Edge, go to Settings and more at the top of your browser. Select Settings > Cookies and site permissions. Under All permissions, select Pop-ups and redirects.
After changing your browser settings, please fully close & re-open the browser before signing back into QuickBooks to connect the account.
