Hi,
I use a bookkeeper to look after my quickbooks transactions.
I add my expenses by forwarding them straight to quickbooks online using the email sender feature.
When an item has been paid for using paypal my bookkeeper finds it hard to reconcile the transaction as the bank statement simply reads "paypal" and not where it's been purchased from.
I then end up with a list of transactions from my bookeeper every few weeks asking for further info to help match them up.
Is there a way I can add info to an email I send to quickbooks that will then be used to help match the transactions when it's received?

Let me chime in and add more details about receipts forwarding, @JohnNinjo.
This time, we're unable to add the details on the email before forwarding the receipts to QuickBooks Online. I appreciate that you've come to us and shared insights about this functionality. I'll take note of this one and submit feedback to our Product Developers team.
You can also submit feedback through QuickBooks Online and share insights about it. Simply click the Gear icon at the top right and then select Feedback.
You can also share a snippet by clicking the Camera icon to add specific details. Once done, choose Next to submit it.
Additionally, I encourage you to visit our blog site to check QuickBooks Online updates about news and feature enhancements.

Hello john, the receipt forwarding feature is part manual, part machine to upload the receipts if the receipt says Paypal it will be uploaded as such, do you have an original receipt from the company you bought things from using Paypal?
Hi @EmmaM ,
Yes, I have an original receipt. If I send that through then it doesn't match unless the bookeeper knows its been paid with paypal. I thought maybe if the Subject of the email was scanned by quickbooks it could be used to convey such info.
