As title really, keeps asking me to connect an account but I have already done so, keep dismissing the reminder but it keeps coming back no matter what!
Hi lindendavies, thanks for joining the Community. We'd be happy to help you with any banking needs in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Which bank provider(s) are you connected to in QuickBooks, and does the message appear in the app or on the web version (or both)?
The bank is Lloyds Bank, the message is only coming up on the website.
Thanks lindendavies, we don't have any similar reports of this raised to with our banking team at the moment.
Please confirm (copy & paste below) the exact message as it appears in QuickBooks so we can investigate further. Additionally, are transactions continuing to update as expected despite the message prompt?

I appreciate your prompt response, lindendavies. Let me help rectify connect an account reminder when managing online bank transactions in your file.

If the issue persists, you may consider performing some troubleshooting steps to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You'll need to access your account in a private browser to ensure the program runs seamlessly without storing cached data. You may use these keyboard shortcuts:
If this reminder isn't populating, you may go back to your default browser and clear its cache or use a different supported browser.
Once everything looks good, you can start reviewing and categorizing your accounts to ensure they are assigned to the correct line of your Schedule C.
I'll be available anytime in this thread if there's anything else you need further assistance managing your account. Just let me know, and I'll make sure to get you covered. Keep safe and have a good one!
