Support adviced adding same bank account, to get it syncing, but now...

Now I've got double the income showing on account: all :face_screaming_in_fear:

 

1) Adding the same bank account twice can't be the right way to fix a bank account not syncing to QuickBooks.

 

2) Having added the same bank account, the newly added account doesn't add up to the same amounts as the original account :thinking_face: My income has doubled :face_screaming_in_fear:

 

3) The original account gives an error when trying to reconnect using a PC. Browsers cache cleared. The mobile app has Red tangle with null written next to it.

The phone app day it's reconnect and I get an email saying it has but nothing has synced for 12 days :loudly_crying_face:

 

Anyone with knowledge of this please help 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:

Hello UK-DogWalker_2022.

 

You'll want to delete the newly added account to also remove the transactions under it. Please note that this process is irreversible, so be sure to choose the right one.

 

About the connectivity, let's determine if the issue within your account or bank or QBSE itself. Is there an error message with a code? If there's no error message or code, we can start by signing in to your bank account to see if there's an announcement of settings that needs to be adjusted.
