TSB Connection failing - blank screen

Hello,

I've been having numerous issues trying to reconnect my TSB account to Quickbooks. I found an old thread which talked about clearing cache, cookies, disconnecting, reconnecting, manually uploading, incognito and private windows, all to no avail.

When I go through the steps to connect, or in this case reconnect, I have a blank pop up window, but my security settings are all good to go including pop up windows allow, but yet, it fails to load every time.

I have taken screen shots of this mornings tries, but it doesn't seem to want to go past the static-fdpwidgets box.

I have spoken to TSB this morning who have advised me that there is no connection to other applications on their end, and to be fair, I have other applications connected to TSB and it just seems Quickbooks is having an issue.

Anyone else experiencing this particular issue with TSB?

Thanks

TSB Connection failing - blank screen

Hello and welcome to the Community, BrkLeem

We appreciate your detailed post and we'll be happy to lend a hand to make sure you're able to connect your account TSB Bank account again in QuickBooks.

Usually, a blank pop-up window during the bank connection process is caused by pop-up blockers on the web browser.

If you turned off pop-up blockers after clearing the cache and cookies on your browser, please now try clearing the cache and Intuit-specific cookies again. Once done, please then fully close & re-open your browser before signing back into QuickBooks.

If you're still unable to connect on your usual browser, please try signing into QuickBooks through a different web browser or on incognito mode, or by using a different device.

For further support, please get back in touch below with the names of the browsers that you have tried and your device's operating system (e.g. Apple or Windows).
