May I ask if you receive any error message upon reconnecting your Lloyds bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO)? This is for me to provide the best resolution for you.
In the meantime, let's try reconnecting your account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. To open access QuickBooks using a private browser, you may use either of these shortcut keys:
- Google Chrome, press CTRL + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
After that, reconnect the Lloyds bank account again. Here's how:
- In the left menu, click Banking or Transactions.
- Select Add account or Link account.
- Follow the steps to connect the account to online banking again.
Once your entries successfully downloads, you can start categorising and matching them. When you're ready, you can do your regular bank reconciliation.
