Yet again connection to my bank has not happened for 10 days now and no one bothered to get back too me
Hi ronstech2020 What is the bank that you're attempting to connect, are you receiving any error code or message and are you attempting to connect/update via a mobile device or browser/computer. How did you initially report the issue, do you have a case reference number relating to when you contacted our support team so we can investigate why you haven't been contacted?
