In QBO, you can transfer the customer name list, Peter, to the new company. However, please note that you will need to manually re-enter their transactions.

While QuickBooks Online UK does not have the capability to export invoices, credit notes, and sales receipts to a CSV file, it does offer the ability to import these transactions from a CSV file. If you need to export these transactions, I recommend exploring third-party apps that specialize in exporting QuickBooks Online data to CSV format. These apps can provide the functionality you need and allow you to export your transactions seamlessly.

Utilize the trial period of a 3rd party backup tool and use the Copy feature to migrate the data between accoounts.
