Hello, Is there a way we can integrate a barcode scanning system with Quickbooks online for better inventory management? Any recommendations?

The barcode scanning feature is unavailable in QuickBooks Online version(QBO). However, you can look for a third-party application that allows you to scan products and manage your inventory. You can visit our Apps page through your QBO account.

1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
2. Go to the Apps menu from the left panel.
3. Search for apps in the search box.

Once you found the app that suits your needs, click on it to open.
