Changing an existing customer's details is easy in QuickBooks Online (QBO), info-cleaningswi. Let's visit their profile by selecting the Customers tab from the Sales menu to complete this task.
When modifying customer information, QuickBooks will simultaneously update different parts of your company file, such as past invoices and recurring templates. Once you're ready, follow these steps:
- Go to Sales, then select Customers
- Choose the existing customer you want to update.
- Select the Customer Details tab or click the Edit button.
- Make the necessary changes like the Company name or Customer display name and Email.
- Click Save.
