I don't have the option to convert sub customers to projects. I don't have the message, the option Do you organize sub-customers as projects? where do I find this?

Let's check the Bill with Parent option so you'll be able to convert your sub-customer into a project. Let me show you how:

1. Click Sales, and then Customer.
2. Click the sub-customer's name, then Edit.
3. Under Is sub-customer section, choose Bill with parent from the drop-down.
4. Click Save.

After that, let's link the sub-customer to a project. Here's how:

1. Click Sales, and then Customers.
2. Click the sub-customer and then click the Projects tab.
3. Click the Add your first project button.
4. Enter the New project information. Click Add project if you want to add a new project.
5. Click Save.
